Where are my decks stored, and is the audience private?

Your PDF is decoded in your browser and held for the room display; we don't mine your slides. Poll, rating, and word-cloud answers are aggregated anonymously — no names, device ids, or IPs stored.

Is there a free way to try it without a card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. "Try it free" opens a no-account, no-card sandbox: load a sample deck, open the room display, and present from your laptop. A free account (your 14-day trial) adds the phone remote, live audience polls, and saving your own decks.

Does it really work if the internet drops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your whole deck is decoded into the room display before you start, so a flaky venue network or a dropped connection can't blank your slides mid-talk. The remote reconnects on its own when Wi-Fi returns.

Do my audience or I need an app?

No. Everything runs in the browser — the laptop controller, the room display, your iPad or phone remote, and the audience's phones.
