## What PresentKit Does

PresentKit is a browser-based presentation remote and room display for anyone who presents to a room: trainers, conference speakers, sales teams, and school-district staff. You upload a PDF, open the room display on the projector or TV, and drive the whole talk from your iPad or phone — no clicker, no laptop juggling, no presenter-view contortions.

## How It Works

1. Drop in a PDF. Every tool — PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva — exports to PDF, so they all work.
2. Open the room display on the projector or TV.
3. Pair your iPad or phone by scanning a QR code.
4. Present — advance slides, read your private notes, blank or freeze, and run live polls.

## Privacy

PDFs are decoded in your browser and held for the room display; PresentKit does not mine your slides. Poll, rating, and word-cloud answers are aggregated anonymously — no names, device ids, or IP addresses are stored.

## Pricing

- **Free trial**: Full access for 14 days. A card is required at sign-up but is not charged during the trial; PresentKit emails you 2 days before billing, and you can cancel in one click.
- **Paid plan**: $39/year (under $4/month), billed annually. One plan, everything included — unlimited presentations, the iPad & phone remote, private speaker notes, live polls, and the offline-resilient room display.
- **No-card sandbox**: "Try it free" opens a no-account, no-card demo — load a sample deck, open the room display, and present from your laptop.

## Account Notes

PresentKit runs on its own getpresentkit.com account, separate from districtmapper.com. PresentKit is one plan per account today — there are no separate seats. For multiple presenters under one organization, contact the team.
